How to make Appliers?

I've posted a thread like this before but now I have another problem, I want to make my own applier (I have found the mesh boobs and I know how to add my own texture to an applier) but I don't know how to make an applier. I tried to use someone elses but it will not let me drop notecards and scripts into the contents. I'd appreciate it someone could help me!

You probably can't unless you also make your own breasts.  The appliers are made by the creators of the breasts , or they hired a scripter to do them and are proprietary. 

If you have the mesh breasts, an applier came with them, or should have.  If you didn't get one, contact the creator for a copy.  I know that one brand of breasts also comes with a developer kit if you want to sell appliers with clothes you make.

On a similar note, does anyone know where I can find a tutorial for slink appliers? I have the feet developer kit and wanted to make some tights and socks.
