You won't rez?  You're a cloud, maybe?  Unless you have a lousy Internet connection -- often the cause of bake fail problems -- you should be able to fix it by reading this >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail

press control and I

that will open the inventroy, once you log into SL

at the bottom of it you will find the library, open that

there lots of avatar in there

find one and open it, once its open you will see lots of items.

click on the shape and pick wear, if you are using linux

click on the hair base and pick wear, if you using windows

or try the lot, once you find you are nolonger a cloud.

you can pick items from other avatar in the inventroy library, and choose to wear them, so making your own look.
