Those are two different worlds and they have only in comon that they work similar. Both worlds are run by different companies. One is US based and the other UK so far I know. There is nothing to link (not really).

When I remember right, you could change your Avinations name into the SL name, but that you need to ask there and not here. In SL is a group, maybe you can ask there too.
