Renaming an Avatar

I was wondering by any chance does anyone know if you could request for a name change on an avatar such as first name and last name? I am not talking about display name but the actual avatar name.

I'm afraid not. You have two choices, use a display name or create a new account. Well three choices, you can just keep it like it is.

This question was asked not long ago, and I believe the answer was yes, for an exhorbitant amount of money. About $1,000, USD, plus $500 USD a month. And your surname must clearly represent a corporation or organization, it can't be a standard personal surname.

You cannot rename your avatar. You can request a custom last name for new avatars (multiple avs) but you have to pay $500 set up fee and $500 annual fee. The name has to be a corporate name - can't be just  Xenga or Smith...more like XengaIndustries, SmithOptics..etc..
