Your description isn't very clear but these are my best guesses:

Follow the directions here: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail. It is for the firestorm viewer but works for any viewer.

If that doesn't work and you have a mesh avatar and you are using the Linden Lab viewer, try using a different viewer such as Firestorm or Singularity.

First of all im sorry u are having problems....Some times you have problems when you are wearing mesh-

Please try the following suggestions first before clearing cache

------------MY MAIN SUGGESTION--------------------

You might be wearing an alpha and not your mesh clothes- try attachig yourmesh clothing that is supposed to be in that area---

------------IF U ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES--------------------

ok you can go to your delevope menu- COntol+alt + D

scroll down to until you see debug settings (near the bottom)

a new dialog box will pop up

type render unloaded avatar

IF ITS set on TRUE (toggle its true to false-then back to true)

IF ITS set on FALSE (toggle its true)

wait a few moments----

------------IF U ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES--------------------

if that doesnt work at the to of your delevop menu (control+ alt + d) try rebaking your textures

------------IF U ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES--------------------

check if your inventory is all there-- or "fetched"

some times you wont load right if your inventory isnt all "fetched"/loaded

I hope that helps you

Most likely you are wearing an "alpha mask", a special clothing layer that is part of a Mesh outfit, and is there to hide the avatar body and keep it from poking through your clothes.

In your inventory, type WORN in the search box and see if you have any alpha layers on  Right click and Take Off any unneeded ones.

An alpha layer has the inventory symbol of a shirt with a grid pattern on it.
