Try Me/Stop Animating Me. 

If that does not work, try re-logging.

If THAT doesn't work, go to Caledon Oxbridge University.  There is an undeformer gadget near the arrival point.  It looks like a gray fluted cone with a ball on top of it.  Left click it, and accept its offer to animate your avatar.

If you're still having problems, take off any attachments that you are wearing, remove any HUDs on your screen, and de-activate all active Gestures (check your inventory, filter for gestures, and deactivate those in boldface.)  Then try the undeformer gadget or a re-log again.

If that fixes the problem, put on your things again one at a time, then remove the one that deforms you.  You probably accepted a practical joke item from someone.

You have a gesture or other attachment causing an issue. As stated in the previous answer try taking each off one by one until you look normal and try the repair tool, I ended up with this smae issue years back as a joke and it took me a bit to realize what had happened. Hope this helps you out.
