How to apply Mesh breasts correctly?

I'm curious. I have bought Mesh breasts the other day and still have not used them, as I'm newish and totally lost as to how to apply them properly? I get confused when trying to make my clothes work with them.

I have an applier but I'm not sure I understand how it works.

Please excuse my ignorance, I'm just getting used to the whole mesh thing, I'm 3 weeks here on SL.

Could anyone help me out with a few tips please? Much appreciated :)
