How do I move my skull lower?

I have a mesh head and a mesh body, and the hair that is attatched to the skull is just a little too high (along with the mesh head itself).

I can move the head and accessories, but I'm unable to move the hair.

So what I'm trying to ask is... Is there a way to adjust the position of my skull? (With the Avatar's Shape.)

No.  That's not one of the 72 sliders in Apearance.  I'm a little surprised that you can't move the hair, though, unless it's rigged mesh.  Prim and non-rigged mesh hair are like other attachments.  You should be able to move them with your build/edit tool.

The hair is most likely rigged mesh, and that cannot be edited, either for size or position.
