How can I make my skin color a darker brown?

Or is it that SL only allows somewhat tan to white.  I've looked at numerous skins, and either they are a neon pink or orange, but no brown.  You know like deep, rich, dark chocolate.  I even tried the Bollywood skin, but it was more like a barely caramel color.

Any tips?

Oh yes, just switched to V2.  Was able to change skin color in 1.23 just fine.

There are several shops that sell excellent non-white skins sometimes using search it helps to use very specific keywords such as African Skins or Indian Skins etc but there are definately good ones out there.

EDIT: I just searched the Marketplace for "Ethnic Skins" and there are several nice looking results there too.

Try Mojo Skins. It has some really nice dark skins.
