Avatar Keeps Sliding Underground Whenever I'm Not Moving

About an hour ago, my avatar started randomly slding underground whenever I'm stationary. THis cannot be fixed by relogging, and Is too far down to fix with hover. A few of my outfits don't even have the problem, but most do. Please help!

try TP to a new sim and if this still happen, put the starter avatar on.

if that work, then you were wearing a object that making you do that.

find it by changeing the outfit to the one you like, one item at a time.

until you find whats doing this once you find it delete it.

it may be bug, or just a grifer tool to ruin your game.

Are you wearing one of the new mesh avatars?  This is just a guess, but as an experiment, try switching to one of the standard "classical" avatars and see if the problem goes away.  You'll find several options in the Library folder in your inventory.  The new mesh avatars are attractive, but they can only be worn with clothing that is rigged for them, rather than for other mesh avatars or for the much larger number of classic avatars in world.  It may be that you are seeing an effect of mismatching clothing with your avatar.

Besides Rolig's advice, check what you are wearing, especially with the outfits that are causing the problem.  Is there one particular thing (shoes maybe, or a HUD, or a particular shape) that is a common factor?  If so, take it off and exchange it for something else.
