Not sure if this is a common problem, but when setting my MLPV2 engine (which contains around 270 animations) to Copy/mod (no trans) I am finding that after I have pressed apply, then waited 15 minutes, there are always half a dozen of (random) poses that that are still full perm. Am I doing something wrong? I tick 'all' to Modify copy, then I uncheck the animations box and tick Mod/copy/transfer

Try setting the permissions separately.   That is, first put the full perm scripts, cards and objects into the furniture.

Then put all your animations in a box, set those to Copy/Mod (no transfer) and then right click on the box, open it  and copy the contents back to your inventory (so they end up in their own folder).

Then drag them over from your inventory to the furniture item.

That's how I do it, anyway.
