Hello.

Can I make a dynamic event lika a car or airplane accident to repeat to happen every 15 minut?

Can I make people to log in to this place and when they are logged in the event start and then repeat the event every let say 15 minut?

Can I have people to stop the event so they can send in text, pictures or videos at that time and place in the event?

Can I let people make a personal avatar movement event in my event and then let people choose / filter out what people with text, pics and films,  to see in my event ?

I am speculating if it is possible to use second life as a virtual wittiness instrument.

Let say a big car accident happens. I set up the event in second life.

Then I invite people from let say newspaper articles and so on with a link so if people where there they can run the event and move around in it as they did in the real event and it is recorded.

They can stop the time and send in text, pics and videos at times when pics or movies where taken.

If a movie is uploaded it will run in a window and the virtual event run with it.

Anybody is allowed to set up a virtual witness event person but there will be a filter so when you want to see the event you filter out the people you trust or can be identified or that actually identify them self with some kind of ID.

And so on and so on..... Is it possible?

Can we try to make it together?

Any problems with this idea?

Most aspects seem like they can be done, outside of recording video, as that would need to be done be each individual and there is no internal way to do this.

Ultimately, this is a massive coding job. I, as an animator, can make it all look good, but the coding is the core of the project. You'd also need a decent modeler, to make a car and all it's recked parts.

On a scale of 1-10, this project is easily a 7 or 8. A 10 would be impossible for the vast majority of SL creators. Personally, I don't generally take on jobs for other people. If I were you, I would seek out a talented coder tho.

The text, pics and videos  is to be from the real car accident that they take with digital cameras and video recorders of mobile phones and so on.

This info is to be put in the virtual event so people can see a mix of real info and virtual info.

The virtual event will be able to be copied and updated by anybody and people will be able to see different virtal updates of people who was there and add important wittness info, and score them so that the newest and most popular get rated and so on.

Please spread the word because I really think it could be important  to set  this up.

I would be glad to see it get done because I need it my self to be able to gather information of events.

All the vids and pics can be done with media on a prim. full website interaction.

They can login and interact with the website from a prim. Use script events to handle the inworld comminications with the website as well
