You can buy an blank AO HUD, and fill it with your own animations. The Zhao II, I believe, is still the most common. It's free, and generally doesn't contain any animations of its own. You can pick it up inworld; perhaps someone else has an SLURL for it. Then you put the animations you want to use inside. It comes with a notecard, if I recall correctly, telling you how to do that.

If you use the Firestorm viewer, put your animations in its built-in AO. It is easy to use and doesn't add an extra HUD to your viewer screen or add to your avatar's script load. See >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/animation_overrider
