Basically, before a poseball can animate the sitting avatar, the script has to request permissions to animate you. This will pop up in a dialog, if you decline then the script should exit gracefully but it's also possible that the scripter expected a YES response and calls llStartAnimation script function anyway. If this happens and you declined, then the script doesn't have permssion to animate you and you will see the error that you do. (The object will need to be modify for you to be able to reset scripts from the viewer menu.
