No.  You can't pay Linden Lab for anything with L$.  If you have L$ in your account, you have to sell them on the Lindex first.  Then you can use the dollar balance to pay for your Premium fees.  If you don't have enough dollars in your account after selling your L$, then Linden Lab will automatically charge your registered payment method (credit card or PayPal) for the rest.
