0 Lindal Kidd Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 There are some one-time fees that may have been added, if this is the first billing cycle for your region, such as - relocation fee transfer fee renaming fee But even more likely, you live in a place which charges VAT, and the tax got added to your bill.
