If you got a free Linden Home, yes, you can.

Remove all your stuff

Stand in the home, choose World/About Land (or World/Parcel Details, if it's called that in your viewer.)

Click the Abandon button to give back your home

Sign up for another Linden Home.  You can only choose the style of home, not the specific location of it.  However, you can switch Linden Homes up to five times per day, so you can keep trying until you get a location you like.

If you have purchased land someplace else on the Mainland, you can sell or abandon that, too, then find another parcel for sale and purchase it.
