Why can't i go into M rated regions, etc

I just had my 18th birthday not to long ago and i still can't enter M rated regions. its quite annoying and i would like some help from someone to sort out this matter.

Have you tried updating your Maturity preferences?  They are found in three places:  Me/Preferences, General tab; Search (CTRL+F); and in My Marketplace.

If the options to access Moderate and Adult content are grayed out, you can file a support case to get the problem fixed.  Use "account issue" as your issue type.
