Don't contact the support team, because this likely does not fall into anything they can help you. They can not search your inventory for you. Several things could have happened here, for example an error in your inventory, which could be resovled by clearing the inventory cache.

But since you mentioned it was a Star Wars themed character there is one major thing that could have happened:

- This avatars was a violation of a copyright for the Star Wars theme.

What I see very often on the marketplace are game rip offs. People who copy an existing game character 1:1 into Second Life without any effort on their side to create something of their own. Its possible that someone reported the merchand on the MP and all his content got pulled out of SL.

If it's an OUTFIT...an avatar appearance...that is missing, Syo could be right.  Search your inventory for "ip replacement" or look for an email from LL telling you they removed infringing content from your inventory.

But if your ACCOUNT, your user name, is missing and you cannot log this account into Second Life, then the account was probably banned by LL.  This could happen because your account was used (by yourself or by someone who got hold of your password) to commit serious Terms of Service violations.  In this case, you should also have received an email from LL.  You can file a Support Case to find out why the account was banned, and (possibly) appeal the decision.

If you can find the account by using Search in world, but can't log in...you get a "password incorrect" message...then it's not banned, but someone may have broken your password and stolen the account.  IMMEDIATELY follow the instructions at this link: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Password-and-account-information/ta-p/700017#Section_.5 (What to do if your account has been compromised)
