Missing L$

I gave a friend a gift of L$1000, it was subtracted from my account, but she did not receive the gift. How to we fix this? There was an error message that popped up at the time. I do have proof of the transaction in my account.

First, make double sure that the payment was made to your friend.  Lots of people have similar names, or it's possible you clicked the wrong person in a crowd.  If that's the case, contact that person and politely ask for the return of the money.  They don't have to do it, and Linden Lab won't help you get it back...but it's worth a try.

If your transaction log shows you DID pay the right person, and her log shows she never got paid, you should both send support tickets to LL.  Include the details from both transaction logs.
