I'm over 18, why can't I access age-restricted content?

I am over 18, but cannot access age-restricted content. I even have payment info on file, although for some reason my profile still says I do not. Help please.

Have you changed your maturity preferences?  You do that in three places:  Me/Preferences, General tab; the in world Search window; and on the Marketplace here on the website.

If the option to access Moderate or Adult content is grayed out, and you are 18 or older, file a Support ticket with Linden Lab, using the Help/Support/Create Case link at the top right of this web page.  You might include the problem with your payment info not showing, too.
