I cannot log in. I have the pass word right and it still wont let me log in.

I cant log in. I dont know what is going on, but it wont let me on. I even changed the password and it still wont work. What going on? Im using the CTRLALT Viewer

check you have the latest viewer updates.

I have not use that viewer personly, but there so many,

Just lately people are saying they can not log on, and have deleted there pay pal account detail on there account, this can be done by googe secondlife.com, one new comer did this and log on start away.

its the last option, you could try a different viewer first, they are all free.
