I added billing information on April 1st and today the 1$ charge is still pending, why?

That would be the verification "charge" that Linden Lab applies as you set up your billing preference.  It should be balanced by a $1 credit when you get the bill from your credit card provider (or if you look at your account with them on line).  I have no idea why you would get a message that says "Pending", but what really counts is whether your payment preference was recorded.  Your account currrently indicates that you have payment information on file, for what that's worth.  If you want to check and be sure that the information is correct -- i.e., the information from the credit card you just added -- give the LL Billing Office a call.  If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers at any time 24/7:
