I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE PROCESS OF AGE VERIFICATION, OPTED IN TO ADULT BUT CAN'T GO INTO ADULT AREAS

I can't access the adult area's. I have done the age verification and changed my maturity rating in preferences but still can't access adult area's and when I log off it automatically changes my preferences back to general/moderate.

1. Try a different viewer. Phoenix and Firestorm are popular. http://www.phoenixviewer.com

2. If you still get the same behavior, file a support case with Linden Lab (see the Help section of this web site)
