You can't.  You were born on a specific day.  From that point, it's downhill all the way to the finish line. 

If you told Linden Lab the wrong birthdate when you registered, you'll have a hard time convincing them.  After all, who's going to believe that you don't know your own birthday?  You are welcome to try by submitting a support ticket.  Be prepared for them to ask for documentation to prove your real birthdate.  Also, be very carefull about deliberately giving false information, because that is a TOS violation that can get you banned.
