I can't truly understand your question very well, but

1. There are no Lindens here.  This is a resident-to-resident Answers area, so you are talking to other SL residents like yourself.  We cannot do anything to your account.

2. If you seem to be missing L$, check the Transaction History on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account to see where they went.  Every time your balance changes for any reason, it is recorded there, and remains there for 32 days.

3. If you still have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers at any time 24/7:

you are asking us but we can not return them.

this is a help and support, and we can not tell in game people what to do.

so go back to the game area you collected the crystal and ask there.

if however you can not get help

ask other player at that sim

failing that please give full account of what hapen so we can understand what going on
