How is SL addressing groups using the RL ISIS symbol or groups that promote terrorism? I found 1

I have found one group displaying the flag of a RL terrorist group and another suspicious group with dubious & suspic info on their group profile.  How is SL prepared to handle these situations?

Well you would have to ask them but I would expect that they would do nothing about a group using a symbol and they would do less about what you consider to be suspicious. They may act on violations of TOS if they are reported.

People RP all kinds of things in SL some of which you or I might find distasteful but it doesn't make them terrorists or mean that they have broken any rules.
