How do I boot some one who refuse to pay the room rent?

How do I boot, evict, or what ever you call people who won't pay their room rent?

 I'm assuming that you have already had a conversation with the person, reminding him that the rent is overdue.  It's a lot easier to deal with a situation like this if you take the time to SURE that he knows he's late, and to make any allowance you want for his illness, insolvency, .... If you've done all that and the person hasn't either paid up or left on his own, then....

If you are the landowner, you open World >>. About Land >>> Objects and look at the window area at the bottom of the page.  You'll have to hit the Refresh button to display the names of people who own objects on your land.  Then, select that person's name and hit the Return button.  That will send all of his things back to his Lost & Found folder.

That should do it. You shouldn't need to take the extra step of putting the person on your parcel's ban list.  Unless he is a real pain about being tossed out, there's no reason to add the "And don't come back!" step.
