Nope.  No viruses in SL.  You can certainly pick up some rogue scripts, though.  Most are no more than annoying, but every once in while you can get one that will do serious damage, like draining all the L$ out of your account.  Just remember never to give permission to ANYONE unless you know why you are giving it, and you'll be safe from mist of the scripted dangers in SL.
